    1AE will receive share consideration of US16m and probably an extra US5m because of the resource getting converted into SK1300. If we receive shares on the same basis as the crowd funding and Pre-IPO at $0.61 USD. We will get around 31% of Eagle Energy on Launch. Not sure about when the PFS study will be complete.
