    So, A "Cleansing Notice" exonerates the management from forgetting to mention to share holders the raising of capital through a cut price option for 'particular investors', including members of said management now makes it ALL GOOD with existing, long term, holders. Losing faith with this team. Hope they have an agenda in mind which benefits ordinary share holders and not just the 'particulars'.
