Just read the 'Notice of General Meeting'. I can see no way we can refuse to vote for the resolutions, the company needs the money to progress, what I also see is the selling of shares at 5cents a share and not the stated 7.5cents, to the directors. I'm sure if they offered ordinary share holders the option of purchasing shares at 5c, plenty would have jumped at the chance. IMO.
