Completely different scenario - Frasers is a perfect fit for AX1 and increases the range of similar products they already sell plus many more world-leading brands in the sports/active markets. As with AX1, Frasers is also a really well run company with an even higher ROE and profitably than AX1 - and AX1 has returned about 20% p/yr for the past 10yrs. With Frasers 40-odd yrs of experience in a similar retail space as AX1 and with over 700 stores in the UK and internationally you would assume that sort of experience being bought to the table can only be a positive. ****** has it as their stock of the day and Mark Gardener from Team Invest even compares it to JB Hi-Fi
