I asked a friend of mine what might be happening....he said
"i was just talking to my mate from AXA and they are listing their property funds.
From what he told me what that Macq were going to do the exact same with their property funds.
This means that the funds have been smashed to pieces in the past and they need to secure more funds into it and
so they are publicly listing them. I dont know what this will do to share prices"
