Famoso, less the 10% dilution from current $1.28 (or $1.25) = $1.13/15 imo.
Longer term it is great news. Will not go much lower from here.
A question, What evidence did LYC provide to Mount Kellett re the POL? I am certain that MK would not have opened up for $225 million without a lot of certainty around the LAMP and a few other issues around customers etc
Yes they have a safety net built into the bond agreement and yes they have all sorts of conditions in what looks very much like a standard document for MK however LYC had to have shown something in exchange for the bond agreement.
To my mind it indicates MK saw enough to believe the POL is a done deal or they wouldn't have wasted their time putting this deal together.
2-4 weeks of range trading then we are going to see what MK have already seen and our patience will be rewarded.
