I am open to other opinions here but I would consider if I had taken up the bond option at $1.25 although not convertible for 6 months and it delivers me 2.5% /annum I would prefer to retain the bonds until i was happy to convert them at a higher price. Accordingly being a multi strategy investment company as described it would be in my best interests to recommend the stock to potential investors.
