The Malay government has allowed and I would expect encouraged LYC to invest a considerable amount of money in constructing a process plant to 95% completion. 200 mil +
It is highly unlikely they will not issue trial licence.
Who knows what LYC has up their sleeves, there is so much information us smaller sh are not privy to.
IMO LYC will move forward and upwards. A mining junior Moving into production is a big thing now throw into the mix a producer of one of the largest rare earth deposits on earth, a resource that by large has been controled by the chinese... this stage is very exciting and very complex at the same time.
I'm excited and so should all holders :-))
