Well, if the shorting was down to a perceived weakness in lyc due to funding ( and the stock was being lent out to shorters in droves by it's financier, so it should have known ), the raisin detre for the shorting is now gone.
Just think about that for a moment. Your principal banker and cornerstone investor is lending out your stock hand over fist with whispers of funding issues.....
