I think you are reading far far too much into Timboon's post. You may feels it was given deserves derision by yourself, but imho it has been given well deserved thumbs up. TU's of that magnitude are seldom given lightly.
His reference to BS was fleeting and given lightly. He went on to explain his views in some detail. You are being far too thin skinned, and have imho missed the big picture of his post. OK it would have been even better if given earlier, but then would you not have been just as scathing?
Give it a rest, there was no near DWH moment, and thare never was any indication pointing to the possibility (something I tried to say myself a few days earlier) just some wild imagining of some posters who normally post very well considered stuff.
