there are only a couple of options:
1. P&A the well, and come back for another go, or
2. plug-back the well - mill a hole in csg string, and redrill to above high pressure zone - run an intermediate string (if size is available, and "hang" inside milled section, then cement same) - then drill high pressure zone again.......would probably be down to 4 1/2" ???)
3. well control issues....
the fact no announc re p&A suggests the last 2
