So, we've owned this small 2 bedroom house in Point Piper with full city and harbour views, for a short time.
It's on the market, but at the moment property investors are only willing to pay half a million bucks.
So, what do you do? Sell it, or recognise the obvious market cock up in the valuation, and hold.
