Agree. For $100M spend, they should have prepared for such an event.
I am going to get confirmation from CVN that we do not pay anymore than $5M, until we start production at PS2 (as per CVN statement on Oct 2016), at one of the Proactive Spotlight events.
If its going to be a waste (well not a total waste) for us, let it be a waste of $5M instead of $20M.
And that should be confirmed with the quarterly as well.
