The predictions about the share price got me thinking - it takes a while for my brain to get into gear.

I know it's hard to imagine a sp of $5 or greater for some, but it can and does happen.

Just under two years ago Sandfire Resources was trading under 10 cents and the company was sacking staff and winding up operations.

Then they hit copper in the north of WA and the sp went from less than 10 cents to more than $8 this year.

Have they started producing - no.

All they have done is keep drilling to firm up the resource.

Sundance is expected to firm up a much higher resource and has first move advantage in the region which should see deals with other mining companies.

What will the share price be in a year or two? I don't know, but I'm guessing it will be a lot higher than 60 cents.
