Like you, long time lurker on WES.
Burgerbuns & Clark both explain well. Being a dividend payer, you're getting an asset - income.
To answer your original question re entry point.
For me, at this time, intrinsic value around $50. With a 20% margin of safety, entry would be in the low $40s.
However, agree with BB and Clark, if you're in, you're in, feeling the pulse of the company and the market. Watching with no skin in the game is way different. Not real.
