you're definitely right when you ask what the goal is. I think similar to you in that I'd like to accumulate (obviously from here everyone differs) but for me at least until there is a sufficient portfolio to generate a passive income.
I agree re: entry point being a bit ambiguous. I will definitely look at small parcels during the dips and think an entry at any point is a good start.
