Only imo, we will need to wait for the outcome of, or further directions from ASIC's legal action against AGMPL, a company owned by Pnina Feldman in regards to the winding up of that entity that CGB have the Services Agreement with.

IF AGMPL are found to be insolvent that would be a whole new ball game that I doubt the BOD could skirt around in the next Ann. Hopefully some / any good news on that front soon, but so far no updates on the hearing.
