There is no doubt Westfield is a world class growth and dividend stock, which over the short term may underperform for a short while, though i would expect any substantial pullback to produce some big buying like vangaurds $1b share purchase last time it was around the $11 mark.
With access to $8b cash i'm not really concerned if NTA drops to 5c, because they have better holdings than any of there competitors and the worse property prices get the more they will buy.
Short term i would buy any pullback to the mid 11's and sell around $12.50 via CFD's, longterm i would buy now and anytimem i have spare many with my super fund intil around the $15 mark then just hold hold hold.
There is no doubt Westfield is a world class growth and dividend...
