I'll start by saying - don't get me wrong. I'm all for the price escalating daily and rapidly, but I wonder whether sometimes our expectations are a little accelerated, not in respect to what we think the company should be valued at, but more in relation to where the share price is compared to where it was.
Take note the last 12 months.
6/3/2011 - close 11.5c : Market Cap $90 million
6/6/2011 - close 13.5c : Market Cap $114 million
6/9/2011 - close 13.5c : Market Cap $114 million
6/12/2011 - close 15.5c : Market Cap $161 million
6/3/2012 - close 21.5c : Market Cap $220 million
Esra has suggested that in the next 12 months we may see the doubling or tripling of the MC.
Would you be happy with the similar rise in MC of nearly 240% in the next 12 months ?
That would be a MC of $540 million with a share price of 52c.
(without the consideration that by March 2013, a successful oxypatch and deal would throw these figures into oblivion).
We look at one day at a time, someone of us look at one hour at a time.
Sometimes you need to step back and look at one quarter or even 1 year at a time.
