I don't agree with you on coal. The global outlook on coal is positive and in my opinion it still has at least a decade or two to run as an income investment. You don't have to look far on the ASX to find coal miners offering grossed up dividend yields around 7%. That won't change in a hurry although I do expect share prices to remain depressed due to climate sentiment
