VCX is currently undervalued on all metrics. For example NTA/Security stood at $2.36 as at 30 June. However, VCX is not unique in this respect. As far as I am aware, all ASX listed REITs are trading at a discount ATM - some much greater than VCX (although, as one of the largest, VCX will be rated among the lowest risk).
While VCX rates as a relatively safe investment, SP performance over the coming months and years will depend on macroeconomic factors and market sentiment - anyone's guess really.
