I will not bore you with too many Dendreon analogies but when I see a baseless downramp I can not help but reply.
Over the past 12 months Dendreon had been under constant attack from what was considered to be a well organised attempt at driving the share price into the ground.
From memory there were times when over 40% of the stock was shorted.
The attempted stock manipulation has been well documented and there has been suggestions that organised crime played a role in this attempt at driving the share price down.
If you look at the DNDN one year chart you will see on 28th April last year how the share fell 69%. THIS HAPPENED IN 70 SECONDS!
The NASDAQ did an investigation but decided to let the trades stand. Those that had stop losses got burnt. I was one of the lucky ones. I was watching it live. It was a sight to behold.
Too this day there is considerable confusion with regard to what took place,
As the Dendreon SP recovered the shorters continued to appear until they got hit with the inevitable short squeeze. You simply can not keep a good Company down
So to all holders of Prima and any stock for that matter don't be swayed by a baseless downramper you just don't know what their motivations maybe.
