If we were doing a trailing EPS measured over 4 quarter, with each quarter being exactly the same for 12 months, those final sp numbers quoted would be fine.
Boska, quoted in his criteria that the figures were cents per quarter. The numbers I quoted are quarterly figures, to match the criteria.
Because were doing a forward EPS guesstimate, were revenue changes every quarter, to get a correct figure we need to do the calcs every quarter, then add the 4 quarters up and devide by 4 for the final results, which is forever changing with time.
There's heaps of different way to arrive at valuations. As long as you do the same process for each company your researching, the results end up constant across your research.
The main thing here, is isx is powering forward, and we'll have plenty of time for valuations in the future. Carn't wait, it means the company will be making a ton of revenue.
