Hey everyone. I have just discovered MNY, done some research, and have taken a substantial position.
Below is my PE Ratio analysis to determine the returns I could get on my investment:
PE RATIO METHOD
EBITDA annual growth has averaged 30%. I will use 20% net profit profit growth to be conservative.
FY21 NPAT = 39m
39*1.20 = 47
Predicted FY22 Net Profit = 47m
SOI = 211.2m
20 = x / 0.2225
x = 4.45
share price fair value = $4.45
That is a 37% increase in approx. 9 months when results are released. This is a solid return and I consider 20% growth to be conservative.
