Yep, I hadn't considered the debt finance option and that's probable as he intimated. There may be more than one investor - note that LMG is bringing the IP to the table. I doubt that LMG could raise $150M for its own contribution so there would likely be more than one co-investor. Note that I did not suggest that they would sell the licensing rights - I said they would license the patents which implicitly says there will be many conditions(such as performance clauses, limited exclusivity if any, etc). LMG would retain ownership of the patents. Hopefully we will get some more clarity on the next quarterly.
