If you want to sell shares on a stock market and spreads are low, we all know you feed the shares out slowly , 300k - 500k parcels would be ok to get rid of 4 million.
To dump it all in the sell side means one thing, they want to drop the price to accumulate more. Over my years of investing no one is that stupid, well only a few to smash the sell side with a huge parcel.
Makes no sense.
Oh well more 8s to clear up, he will be left with there pants down if the SP surges and he has dumpd half hoping to get in cheaper.
