one question to be allowed: just HOW likely us it REALLY to start any construction within 90 days without any FINAL or semi final metallurgical knowledge? I mean they don't even know which concentration steps up to which final concentration they want to perform in their "very soon to be constructed" fictional plant...without any final engineers' input to construct such a final and BFS proof production plant with estimated costs for the whole process. IMO no relevant BFS can be released without this final metallurgical process and plant knowledge. or where might be the flaws in my thinking?
