I wouldn’t be surprised if the building and construction of separation facility in the UK became some sort of public-private partnership as is the strategic importance of independent reliable supply lines for the government. This would also provide opportunity for gov to produce jobs from this stimulus and also lower the cap-ex for PRE.

The governmental and trade links between UK and Angola also seems to be having large importance placed on it of late.

Seems like a win-win.
