Pure speculation: so don't get your hopes up yet.
But given the sudden interest in the feasibility of a Refinery with Wood as the lead. I wonder if they might have gone a little further down the path than MREC ? Our BOD certainly has Vision and has always seemed to be at least one step ahead. Food for thought
