If I can offer some advice China, do not get caught up in each transaction by the DT's or the Brokers, and concentrate on your highly informed posts with respect to the fundamentals of the company.
DT's, Brokers and even the Chartists all have their own agendas and strategies, of which there are many and varied and very laborious to elaborate on here.
ASIC and ASX will not look into the transactions you are commenting on from my experience. In fact, as our market cap and liquidity increases, we can expect the games you concern yourself with to increase. This only affects those that are entering or exiting now, but the fundamentals will win out over time and PM8 will be valued at the eventual NPV of the project/company with variance due to perceived risk (be it political or otherwise) and future potential.
As a long term reasonably large holder, I am concentrating on the end game which takes the stress out of watching the daily transactions.
