I'm still not clear on where the certainty of a BFS dropping...

I'm still not clear on where the certainty of a BFS dropping yesterday comes from. I could be missing something, but every talk I've head PA give only touches on the fact there will be an update on the BFS in late October. That might be a highlights package, or just a definitive date on when it will actually be released (which might also be held pending some detail on the Woods report on the UK processing facility). Happy to be corrected by anyone who knows the detail but otherwise wouldn't stress on the fact it hasn't dropped.
