Unlike most Companies who are happy to raise Funds by endlessly increasing the Registry, our BOD has the opposite view (Consolidation) going for Quality rather than Quantity. IMO they will pursue this logic/tactic wherever possible.

Under normal circumstances it would be hard to raise Finance beyond 80% however these are not Normal circumstances. So long as the BFS meets all of our expectations (better than the PFS), REE Prices continue to rise, Demand continues to exceed supply and the EU/UK Investment houses continue to gather ESG funding; then there just might be an opportunity to fully Debt fund this Project.

In this current financial Climate it would not matter if we had to pay a 5% premium over the Commercial rates, the Projects ability to quickly retire that debt is clear.
