Yes, if you have a suitable stockbroker who can handle it, there is already a process that Pensana's registry Computershare provides to transfer your Pensana PM8 on ASX to Pensana PRE on LSE, with 1:1 switchover rate.

When time permits I am planning to try that process with a small part of my Pensana PM8 holding.

If Pensana makes a general move away from the ASX at some time in the future, then I would expect that Computershare would provide an appropriate transfer service for anyone who did not have a suitable stockbroker account.
