"Whilst shareholders will not be able to ask questions during the course of the GM, they may submit questions in advance by e‐mail to [email protected] by no later than 09.00 GMT on 5 February 2021.

"Following the conclusion of the formal business of the GM, any questions that have been submitted in advance will be answered by the Chairman, Paul Atherley."
