    ”In February” is pretty specific. And the BFS once promised was never delivered or mentioned again once they switched to “business plan” language. Can’t look a 10+ bag gift horse in the mouth but failing to address delays and strategy changes while missing market announcement deadlines isn’t trivial or good form. Takes ten minutes to advise shareholders what’s happening.
