Certainly no fan of MP but you appear unaware that they sit on $1.7Bn of existing plant, mind you it has never produced on spec but that's one hell of a head start.

Regardless the REAL issue is who exactly are all these dreamboats going to sell too?

By far the greatest demand ~90% is inside China, ROW mag makers are only drawing 75% current ROW production or 50% of planned production ATM with no news of any additional capacity coming on stream any time soon.
