    I believe the BFS has been bypassed straight to a BP, simply because it's gone beyond "feasibility" straight to doable.

    No expert here, but I envisage a JV with BP more than likely, as PRE are assembling an expert team to take this forward.

    And if it ain't broke, don't fix it - just join it.
