The copium i feed myself is that pensana is a company being built for aristocrat elites, not peasants like myself and the investing public.
That said, I'm pretty certain that both peak and pensana will reach production, and funding for both projects has a huge political factor that isn't encapsulated in any of the documents released to the peasants.
Angola for sure has less sovereign risk than Tanzania however
