Are you truly so ignorant of the RE industry? Guess I shouldn't be surprised with the nonsense you promote, China is +90% of REO processing and now +90% of NdFeB manufacture which makes up +80% of the revenue streams.
About 3yrs ago ROW, basically EU, were trying to establish their own standards but with basically zero% of processing realised it was a waste of time and so agreed to join the Chinese effort, do a little real research for a change rather than concocting rubbish as you go.
Start by trying to understand that article rather than just blowing off what you cannot comprehend, gives me no satisfaction, quite the opposite, but the Chinese are running rings around the pathetic efforts by Western Govts, with little indication anything is about to change, which is what creates the promotional opportunities for dreamboats like this one.
