Xi's muscling in on pte enterprise little different to what Putin did with the oligarchs, no doubt we'll see a flood of capital out of China (can Melb property mkt stand another +30%?) but their RE industry dominance is simply not going to be slowed any time soon, most particularly NdFeB production.

Economics of ROW production thru the supply chain have real problems being competitive, partly via Chinese trade manipulation since 2007 which Western Govt's have done nothing to stop, despite the rhetoric nothings changed today.

While you're bent in prayer I'm reinvesting a portion of my RE profits into a couple of situation which will effectively be feedstock to the Dragon mag makers, no prayer required for minimum 4x/5x there.

you do a lot of laughing for a desperate investor. Xi is power hungry and his vision of a country dominated by Communist Party thought is doomed. Just read history. The West and PRE are coming and China better change its tactics and policy quickly. Don't have anything to do with their industries as they will just burn you. Good luck with them and don't turn your back.
