Price of Nd heading north, more fantastic investment/funding from host state (who won’t let this venture fail), great infrastructure at the project, great long term trends with renewable energy and increasing demand. Only drawback is short term volatility/uncertainty with covid leading to a couple of sellers thinking they have found better short term options for quicker cash and good on them... but long term health of the company great!! Great journey to be on.
