    I don’t quite understand how this works either so if anyone can explain that would be helpful.

    P21 of the Prospectus talks about the process of dual listing and how ‘The trading in and liquidity of ordinary shares will be split between these two exchanges’ (asx/lsx)

    Then it goes into more detail... how it plays out in price fluctuations between the two will be interesting.
