perhaps the downrampers (who cannot be named) can explain why the SP is now going up on low volume. They were very keen to promote theories on why PRE has plenty of issues, and used the falling SP to justify those theories despite the top 20 owning about 88% of the SOI. I am just struggling to understand why it is now rising based on what they said. Perhaps they could help all us fools.
