I don't think a huge discount to NTA will happen otherwise the tradeable rights VG1R would be worth much less. Instead, they trade around 20c today. If the offer price is $2.34 and the rights are .20c seems like the share price will soon be $2.54, not $2.36 where it currently sits.
Conference call today suggests dividend will be paid in August. Best guess is 2-4c. NICE
