the low volume indicates that the current SP is driven by small retail holdings. If one suggests that the yes/now sentiment relation for the deal was about 50/50 for us small retailers (as it was in the HC YES/NO poll) and we further suggest that a yes voter would see the deal as a $200M valuation for 50% (~4.5B shares) while a no voter thinks of $200M for 100% of ~9B shares (total control) the current SP reflects this very good as
((200/4500)+(200/9500))/2 ~ 0.033
so the pessimists and the optimists are balanced now ...
i think we all have to wait for an announcement or "big money" action to move the SP.
Fortunately it is not that easy to produce poorly announcements with this money backup i think Focus is a short to medium term buy...
