find that opinion very hard to swallow to be honest.
deals that i see on the market, transactions of this size and nature will typically drive the stock based on the understanding and view of the deal that the market forms.
if people view a potential take over / transaction like this as positive for the stock it will ramp the price...if they see it as negative the reverse will happen.
i feel strongly that the market has formed its view some time ago on this deal and what it means for fml. An announcement from the company that confirms the deal has been executed isn't going to change that view.
