i have no inside knowledge. I have poured over the announcemnet in my reserach and can only conclude that these guys have a few UCG projects under their belt which will be of value when they come on stream. They have a team of UCG specialists queued up and obviously are convinced that it will all work just fine. Quarterly shows nothing alarming so whatever spooked investors before to drag the price down has dissipated.... or there is something that i don't know (and this would not be a first)
