They want holders to pay for a subscription to read their dodgy advice (if you can call it advice). All of these internet analysts do the same, stir doubt and encourage investors to want to hear what they have to say by paying to subscribe (most likely a very generic analysis focusing purely on how the share price has gone up which apparently means it can't keep going up). Every company "may" implement a cap raise soon, its an easy thing to say that doesn't really require any facts/research to back it up.
