I still think one of three things could happen here...Tony is shoring up is position to either move to a full take over or to draw out or frighten off any other potential suitors. The Chinese are known to be looking it this area results are due on some test drills ..I do believe...or we are being set-up for a cap raising. the latter...I doubt.
Tony is a shrewd strategist... we'll find out sooner rather than later,imo.
