yea sircop im shaw you cant understand the logic of spp at 7c when you cant understand the logic of $148,000 shares at .005 equalling 300mill shares issued.you need me to walk yo through it..

well when prr directors decided to do a spp the shareprice was trading in a range as high as 11c to 7s so they gave a discount and it came to 7 cent.now you either take it up or dont or do you need help with that decision to.

7 cent is gona look cheap before spp final acceptance date so when you need to make a decision yell out on hc and i'll help you through it sircop.but just a hint if prior to spp final date the prr shareprice is over 7c take it up.
